SHIPPING

All packages are shipped fully insured.

Delivery charges are derived from approximate weight of product(s) purchased including packaging and are shipped from Helena, Montana unless otherwise noted in the product description.

If your delivery charge is not calculated correctly by the website, you will be contacted for confirmation of delivery charges.

We endeavor to deliver your goods within 5 working days or less (Mainland US orders only) for Credit Card transactions. Check payment purchases will be shipped upon bank clearance and Postal/Money Order purchases will be shipped upon receipt.

RETURNS

If you have any problems with goods received please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Items found to be faulty, defective or different from products ordered may be returned for replacement, repair or a full refund.

All other returns for refund are subject to the following restrictions:

1. All returns require a Return Authorization which can be obtained by calling or e-mailing customer service. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 20 days and then cancelled. Return Authorization numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton or they will not be accepted.
2. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are not refundable. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
3. All returned goods must be unused, in their original packing and have all their manufacturers labels attached.

It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail as we are not responsible for items that are misdirected or lost in shipment.

BACKORDERS

At times, some items may become temporarily out of stock. In this case we will contact you to explain the situation. You may place the item on back order, chose an alternative product or cancel your order.
